If you have received a letter that you are being canceled by Blue Cross, it is imperative that you act quickly.  MNsure has released a step by step guide to help you find options available in your area.  While you do not need to apply through MNsure, it is highly recommended.  Blue Plus will be offering individual plans depending on where you live in Minnesota. If you have HealthPartners on or off exchange your network is likely changing to a more limited service area.  The Peak network is metro based that includes Park Nicollet and HealthPartners doctors, clinics and hospitals, and a select number of independent doctors, clinics and hospitals (including CentraCare clinics).  Click here to explore the Peak network.
